Jan 20 2010 - S Adrian Wilson will miss the Pro Bowl because he and his wife are about to have their third child.

Jan 17 2010 - SS Adrian Wilson, who made the Pro Bowl this season. gave up a touchdown pass in the Cardinals' 45-14 playoff loss to the Saints.

Dec 30 2009 - SS Adrian Wilson now has 20.5 sacks and 23 interceptions, becoming the 10th player in history to record at least 20 in each category. After recording a sack against the Rams on Sunday, Wilson was congratulated in the locker room by Larry Wilson, the Cardinals Hall of Fame safety. "It meant a lot to me," said Adrian Wilson. "To know that he was the guy who invented the safety blitz and revolutionized the game. You have to be appreciative of the people who came before and laid those bricks down."

Wilson had a sack in the fourth quarter against the Rams, giving him 20.5 sacks. His interception against the Rams was his 23rd. Wilson received a ball to commemorate the moment and former Cardinals great Larry Wilson, a Hall of Fame safety, congratulated Wilson in the locker room afterward. Adrian Wilson credited Larry Wilson for revolutionizing the game by introducing the safety blitz, and the two have been friends for several years.
