Jan 29 2015 - CB Richard Sherman (hyperextended elbow) worked regularly with the defense and made a leaping interception, extending both arms in the air to make it. With his elbow wrapped, Sherman didn't look affected by the injury suffered in the NFC title game 10 days ago.

Jan 23 2015 - CB Richard Sherman was again a full participant in practice Thursday. He suffered a sprained elbow against the Packers, but has said he will play in the Super Bowl.

Jan 22 2015 - CB Richard Sherman was a full participant in Wednesday's practice three days after suffering a sprained elbow in the win over the Packers. Sherman said he anticipated wearing a brace in practice but said he thought he would be able to play in the Super Bowl without limitations. Asked what kind of range of motion he had, Sherman joked he had enough "to slap my brother" if he was sitting next to him.

Jan 19 2015 - CB Richard Sherman's MRI revealed a sprained elbow and he is expected to play in the Super Bowl, according to ESPN. He was injured against the Green Bay Packers in the Seahawks' 28-22 overtime victory in the NFC Championship Game on Sunday. After the game, Sherman indicated he would play in the Super Bowl. Sherman suffered the elbow injury on the first play of the fourth quarter but he remained in the game. Sherman was hurt chasing down James Starks on a 32-yard run. As Sherman tried to swipe at the ball near the sideline, his elbow was hit by Kam Chancellor's pads as the safety knocked Starks out of bounds.

Nov 28 2014 - CB Richard Sherman intercepted two passes Thursday against the 49ers, giving him a team-high three thefts for the season. Sherman's first interception of a Colin Kaepernick pass, set up Seattle's only touchdown of the game, in the first quarter. He added an interception in the fourth quarter of Seattle's 19-3 victory. The Seahawks now have nine interceptions.

Oct 30 2014 - CB Richard Sherman sat out Thursday with a back injury, but it's presumed that it was mostly a rest day.
